About Our Policies
When you book an appointment with us, we reserve space for you with one of our skilled and licensed estheticians ready to work with you. This affects how many other clients we can serve that day. For that reason, we have our policies listed below.
We understand things happen, and it is at our discretion when and how to enforce these policies based on individual circumstances. All appointments receive a confirmation email as well as a text and email reminder 48 hours before their scheduled appointment that also include our policies.

No Call No shows and last-minute cancellations
No call, no shows and last-minute cancellations (made within one hour of the scheduled appointment) will be charged 100% of the service missed. We will always give a courtesy call to check in and leave a voicemail if we do not hear from you.
Cancelations and reschedules made within 24 hours
If canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours, you will be charged half (50%) of the scheduled service.
We understand that life gets busy, and sometimes we all run a little late. We will do our very best to accommodate you and complete your service; however, many services do require the full time allotted for the appointment. Appointments running late will still be charged in full for their initial scheduled appointment.
